Children and Youth: Join us during Children’s RE from June 5 through August 10 for Summer Fun RE!
What are Summer Fun Sundays?
During Summer Fun Sundays we combine the children's RE classes into a single multi-age group. We ask for parent and teacher volunteers to sponsor a Sunday and come up with fun UU-friendly activities to do for the children. Activities could be as simple as "free play indoors or outdoors" or there could be a planned lesson or activity.
Read MoreEvery Sunday, join us for brunch after service. One of our favorites is bagels & cream cheese or peanut butter. We’ll keep a supply of cream cheese, peanut butter, coffee, and lemonade on hand.
If fact, we have a new coffee maker and toaster just for our after service brunches! We can now make coffee directly into the airpots. Consider coming early on Sundays to help make coffee and prep the brunch table, this is a vital service to which those busy with the Worship service don’t have time to attend.
We need you to sign up to bring bagels, or if you are inspired, anything else you prefer. Plan for 24 people - 2 dozen bagels. Others are welcome to supplement with additional food items. As we don’t have access to the kitchen right now, plan to bring items easy to distribute and clean up.

Go to our website https://www.nashvilleuu.org/worship and from the Members menu, choose “Go to 2022 Auction and Country Fair Website”
Register for an Account and start bidding on Silent Auction items now! The Silent Auction will be open through April 30 at 3:30 PM.
If you can not attend the auction live, consider asking someone to be your proxy to bid for you. Determine your budget and ask them to bid up to an agreed upon amount. If you have registered online, you will have a bid number and they can pick up your bid paddle at the live auction.

“Rally for Riverchase” – May 5 - 5 PM – Metro Courthouse
NOAH has worked to keep these apartments affordable since 2019. We will join Stand Up Nashville and other groups in a "Rally for Riverchase" at the Metro Courthouse for a Community Benefits Agreement (CBA) to keep 200 apartments affordable. The memorial service will begin at 3:30 pm on Saturday, April 23. We will be visiting the church’s Still Spring Memorial Garden after the service to plant a tree in her honor. The service will be available via Zoom for friends and family unable to attend in person. You will need to register with your name and email to join.
A reception will follow at the Vanderbilt Bridge Club, 85 White Bridge Road, Nashville, TN.

We are planning for an outdoor Live Auction, so everyone can attend.
The Silent Auction will be indoors. However, all items can be bid on via the Auction phone app, which has photos.
Tickets will be $15 and include dinner and lemonade/tea, plus tickets for the carnival items. Children 12 and under are free but must have a child’s ticket to attend.
Food will be BBQ and sides. (Meat and Vegetarian - Ryan D. says he knows of a Jack Fruit recipe!)
This year we will also have a Country Fair as entertainment. There will be a tasting for Specialty Food in the auction, popcorn, shaved ice, carnival-type games with a prize table.
