Early Voting Continues!

Early voting begins today in Nashville. Make a plan to vote in the critical midterm elections!


Voter Information 

  • Election Day is Tuesday, November 8, 2022. 

  • Make sure you are registered to vote and check your polling location here: https://tnmap.tn.gov/voterlookup/.  

  • The deadline to register to vote before the November 8 election has passed.

  • The offices up for election for Metro Nashville include: 

    • Governor

    • US House, Districts 5, 6, and 7

    • All State House seats 

    • Odd-numbered senate seats 

  • Additionally, there are four proposed amendments to the state constitution. Amendments 1 and 3 are especially important!

Other Important Notes about Absentee Voting: 

  1. Submit your absentee ballot request as soon as possible, by email, fax, or snail mail. If you don’t have access to a printer, you can also call 615-862-8815 to have an absentee ballot request form mailed to you.

  2. Absentee ballots must be submitted by mail, not dropped off at the Election Commission.

  3. You can drop your ballot off at the downtown Nashville Post Office (901 Broadway).

  4. Mail your ballot as soon as possible so it arrives on time! All ballots must arrive by the end of Election Day – November 8.
