AUCTION PLANNING SESSION

Come to GNUUC on Saturday, February 4, from 1 PM - 3:30 PM for an Auction planning session.

We will finalize the theme, and start working on organization, publicity, poster/flyer, decorations, and more.

JOIN THE AUCTION TEAM

We need many different strengths in our Auction team: volunteers to plan the silent and live auction, volunteers to organize food, volunteers to organize entertainment, volunteers to help with marketing, and volunteers in charge of decorations.

ABOUT THE AUCTION

At GNUUC, the Auction is more than just a fundraiser. We decorate, have food and entertainment, and have a great time! Last year our theme was “Country Fair.” In the past, we’ve had themes like “Broadway” and “Mardi Gras.”

This year’s Auction is on April 22, 2 PM - 5 PM.

The Auction consists of a Live Auction and a Silent Auction. Some years we’ve had dinner and other years we’ve had small plates. Often we have entertainment too!
