Concerned About The Housing Crisis? Share your housing experiences with Metro's Housing Division.

Metro Nashville’s Housing Division is developing a Unified Housing Strategy (UHS) that will set goals, outline strategies, and provide policy and program recommendations to advance access to affordable, safe, and stable housing for all Nashvillians.

The UHS will build upon other existing and on-going studies, including the 2021 Affordable Housing Task Force report, to provide detailed policy and program recommendations on how to increase housing security.

As the Housing Division works on this Unified Housing Strategy, it has been holding a series of community meetings, including the one hosted and facilitated on September 7 by NOAH’s Affordable Housing Task Force, to hear Nashvillian's housing questions and concerns. If you have not had an opportunity to participate in any of these meetings, you can still give your input at the Unified Housing Strategy survey, which will be open until September 27.
