Coming of Age/Youth Group Social Justice Drive

The Coming Of Age class and Youth Group are raising money and collecting donations for Oasis Center, a nationally-recognized organization on a mission to help young people in Middle Tennessee move into a happy, healthy, and productive adulthood. We chose this organization because they serve the mental health needs of LGBTQI youth and young adults in our area.

We are asking for donations of: 

* Deodorant
* Ponchos
* New or gently used shoes (Especially good walking shoes)
* Gift cards ($5 or $10 for Grocery Stores or Target/Walmart)
* Cash with which GNUUC youth will purchase new socks, underwear, and other Oasis Wish List Items.

We will collect donations will be collected through Sunday, March 31. Please place donations in the bin, in the social hall. You can give monetary or gift card donations in an envelope with "Oasis Center" on the front to a youth, Mary Early-Zald, or the Coming of Age teachers, Chris G., Ryan, or Susan.
