Sunday Lunch Organizer Needed

We are looking for a new Sunday Lunch Organizer. This is a good way to meet people and we really do have fun in the kitchen.  What we need is someone who will receive the weekly e-mail about who will do what for the next Sunday's lunch.  If some slots are not filled this person will try to fill them or sometimes fill them themselves.  Also this person will check on Sunday morning to make sure that the volunteers have brought their food items.  Beyond that this person can do as much or as little in the kitchen as they like.  No special food experience is needed.  I would be happy to give this person details on how things have been done for Sunday lunch for the past few years.
