Dec. 12, 2022: Neighborhood Meetings for Public Comment on Plans for the Titans Stadium
Metro Council's East Bank Stadium Committee is holding public meetings across the city on the proposed new stadium for the Titans. It’s not a done deal yet, and this committee wants to hear from you. Some background information can be found here.
Please attend one and ask your questions!
NOAH suggests possible points to mention:
1. Use of local tax dollars involved.
2. Use of public land.
3. How can the stadium help with our desperate need for affordable housing and real community benefits? The stadium and development of the East Bank go together.
4. Don't RUSH this important decision!
5. What are our priorities as a city?
