It is time to start planning the 2019 Auction!

What is the Annual Auction?

The Greater Nashville UU Annual Auction is our largest fundraiser of the year, last year raising over $11,500. In addition, it is a fun evening for the everyone - adults, youth, and children. There is an appetizer buffet, silent auction, live auction, and kid zone. There are price points for all budgets. Mark your calendars for Saturday, March 2, 2019.

Join the Auction Planning Team

Consider joining the Auction Planning Team on Sunday, December 16. at 12:30 for an initial planning session. This is a great opportunity to get to know new people and work toward a common goal. You DO NOT need to be a solicitor to help out on this team, there are many roles. We need organizers, chefs, creative types, and solicitors. This is a really fun team to work on - join us!

We need volunteers to help plan all aspects of the auction, including planning the:

• Decorations

• Appetizer Buffet

• Silent Auction

• Baskets

• Live Auction

We will meet once in December and then twice a month in January and February.
