UU the Vote is a non-partisan faith initiative to engage our neighbors, educate our communities, mobilize voters, and rally around key ballot initiatives by the Unitarian Universalist Association. We support congregations and UU organizations in activating thousands to mobilize voters, counter voter suppression, and engage in spiritually grounded, values-based issue conversations with voters in their communities. Please give, to share the plate.
Read MoreCOVID cases in Davidson County are currently high. Please do not attend in person if you have any symptoms OR test positive, or if you have had direct exposure to someone with COVID in the past week. If we receive several self-reports from attendees of the prior Sunday, we will move Sunday services to virtual only.
Per our policy, please let our Office Administrator, Kris T., know if you have COVID symptoms or test positive for COVID-19. Email gnuuc@gnuuc.org or call 615-673-7699 and leave a message. (Both of these go directly to Kris T’s email.) All self-reports will remain confidential.
When attending in person, make sure to sign in at one of the two doors to the Main building, or at the door to the RE building.
Masks when inside the building (Main or RE) are required.

What are Summer Fun Sundays?
During Summer Fun Sundays we combine the children's RE classes into a single multi-age group. We ask for parent and teacher volunteers to sponsor a Sunday and come up with fun UU-friendly activities to do for the children. Activities could be as simple as "free play indoors or outdoors" or there could be a planned lesson or activity.
Read MoreEvery Sunday, join us for brunch after service. One of our favorites is bagels & cream cheese or peanut butter. We’ll keep a supply of cream cheese, peanut butter, coffee, and lemonade on hand.
If fact, we have a new coffee maker and toaster just for our after service brunches! We can now make coffee directly into the airpots. Consider coming early on Sundays to help make coffee and prep the brunch table, this is a vital service to which those busy with the Worship service don’t have time to attend.
We need you to sign up to bring bagels, or if you are inspired, anything else you prefer. Plan for 24 people - 2 dozen bagels. Others are welcome to supplement with additional food items. As we don’t have access to the kitchen right now, plan to bring items easy to distribute and clean up.
To sign up, add your name to the Brunch Signup Google sheet. This link works if you have a Gmail account. If you don’t email gnuuc@gnuuc.org your preferred dates and we’ll add you!
